This step ensures that the details (e.g., size, color, design) are accurate and that you are fully satisfied with your purchase before we proceed. Once an order is confirmed, we cannot make changes to the size, color, or design. Please double-check your order details during the confirmation call.

If you believe your product is damaged, follow these steps: First, record a clear video of the damaged product, including the packaging and any visible defects. If the claim is valid, we will provide instructions for returning the product and processing your refund or replacement.
